Skills needed:
5+ years of experience in Product Management or similar product-focused roles

Project & role scope:
The Engineering team is looking for a Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to help shape and scale their platform. You’ll work closely with engineers and leadership to build features end-to-end, improve the product experience, and contribute to a mission-driven platform with real-world impact.
This is a high-ownership role within a lean engineering team, where your work will have direct visibility and impact. You’ll collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders in a fast-moving environment where autonomy and pragmatism are valued.
Skills needed:
3+ years of experience in Software Engineering
Strong frontend experience (ideally Vue.js)
Backend experience with PHP
Experience building features end-to-end
Product mindset and collaborative attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small team environment
English required (Spanish is a plus)
